Eric J. Harrison, Esq.

Mr. Harrison graduated law school from University of Washington and completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University. He provides competent legal counsel to several businesses, including, a cloud based SaaS offering for digital media and rights management. He is experienced in managing, structuring and negotiating licensing agreements, and has successfully filed dozens of copyright and trademark applications.

In litigated disputes, Mr. Harrison has reached favorable settlements against large companies, including, Reuters, New York Times, Dole Foods, and USA Today. Mr. Harrison has been a speaker at several conferences and events including the Silicon Valley IP Strategy Conference, Digital Hollywood, NAB Futures, and UCFT.

While attending law school at the University of Washington, Mr. Harrison was the President of the Business Law Association, President of the International Law Society, and Member of the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. During law school, he worked at the UW Center for Commercialization and for Intellectual Ventures, LLC.

Prior to law, Mr. Harrison worked for U.S. Department of Defense as a Nuclear Engineer. He started a non-profit called Water And Sanitation Health (, co-founded a technology business ( and was a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in a small town in the western mountains of Honduras. While living in Honduras, Mr. Harrison designed drinking water systems, worked with mid-wives, and directed HIV-AIDS awareness program.

Memberships & Boards:

 Mr. Harrison is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is an active Rotarian and attends Hope Lutheran Church.

Mr. Harrison sits on the board of and International Rural Water Association.
